MOY 2014MANAGER OF THE YEAR 2014

Greenville, Texas – June 2014 - Barbara Underwood, Midland College Bookstore Manager, was named Texas Book Company's 2014 Manager of the Year. Barbara joined TBC in 2011 and since then has developed her skills as a store manager and well-rounded leader. She has incredible pride in her store and her team. A champion of the customer, Barbara's primary focus is to make sure "her kids", as she refers to them, are taken care of. When asked what she likes the most about her job Barbara's easy answer is, "The thing I love most about my job is helping freshman students find their books for classes.

TBC BuildingCelebrating a 10 Year Milestone

Greenville, Texas – September 2013 - Texas Book Company celebrated a special anniversary on September 23, 2013; the 10th anniversary of moving into its custom designed corporate headquarters and distribution center.  During the celebration ceremony Brent Dyer, Texas Book Company’s Founder and President, passionately stated, "The importance of the new building is not the brick and concrete; the importance is the people, the TBC family."
