Established in 1975, Texas Book Company is one of the largest companies servicing the College Textbook industry.

Texas Book Company will periodically review the benefits program and will make modifications as appropriate to the company's condition. Insurance Programs
Texas Book Company offers our employees two options of comprehensive medical insurance with a major preferred provider organization. In addition to the medical insurance Texas Book Company also offers our employees two dental options, vision, life and supplemental insurance coverage.

Section 125
For the benefit of our employees, Texas Book Company has instituted a Section 125 plan.

401k Plan
Texas Book Company offers a 401 (k) Plan which allows eligible employees to invest in a non-taxable savings plan with a company match.

Profit Sharing
The Company also offers a Profit Sharing Plan which is an additional contribution to the matching contributions already made. The Company determines the profit sharing amount based on the annual company profits.

Vacation
Texas Book Company provides paid vacation leave for all regular employees who work 25 hours or more per week.

Holidays
All regular employees receive 8 paid holidays per year.

Employee Discounts
The company offers employee discounts on merchandise purchased from our College Bookstore and wholesale divisions.
